Pakistan and Belarus Strengthen Bilateral Relations with Focus on Regional Cooperation

Islamabad: Pakistan and Belarus have reaffirmed their commitment to enhancing cooperation, emphasizing mutually beneficial relations between the two countries. This was the outcome of a meeting held in Islamabad on Monday between Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar and Belarusian Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, both sides expressed satisfaction with the current momentum of bilateral exchanges and high-level visits. They conveyed optimism that the upcoming visit of President Aleksandr Lukashenko would further strengthen ties. The discussions also covered key regional and global developments, highlighting the situation in the Middle East. The representatives supported peaceful conflict resolution and stressed the necessity for a coordinated response to the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.

Furthermore, the two nations underscored the importance of enhanced collaboration within international and regional organizations to advance mutual interests and address global challenges collectively.
