According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, this commitment was solidified during the 14th Pak-Egypt Military Cooperation Committee meeting held in Rawalpindi. The session covered a wide range of topics, focusing on the full spectrum of bilateral defense cooperation.

Both nations expressed satisfaction over the progress in areas of mutual concern, including security, counterterrorism efforts, and the broader regional environment, indicating a deepening partnership poised to address common challenges.
