Pakistan and United Kingdom Agree to Boost Cooperation Across Sectors

Rawalpindi: Pakistan and the United Kingdom have jointly decided to enhance cooperation across various fields, including defence. This decision emerged from a meeting between Minister for Defence Production Muhammad Raza Hayat Harraj and British High Commissioner Jane Marriott in Rawalpindi.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Minister conveyed that Pakistan views the United Kingdom as a close friend and a genuine development partner. He expressed optimism that bilateral relations between Pakistan and the UK will continue to grow based on principles of mutual respect, shared interests, and understanding of each other’s perspectives.

The British High Commissioner reiterated her commitment to working with Pakistan on shared priorities, emphasizing the significance of bilateral trade and defence production.
