Pakistan Army establishes Women Skill Center in Swat

Pakistan Army has established a Women’s Skill Center at Peochar area of Swat with an objective to empower women by imparting them with vocational skills.

Local women are being imparted trained in sewing, embroidery and handicrafts.

The ceremony to award certificates to first batch was held today.

Sewing machines and cash prizes were also given to women who completed the course at the event.

The local women appreciated the steps taken by the Pakistan Army.
