Pakistan, Bangladesh agree to expand bilateral ties

Pakistan and Bangladesh have agreed to promote cooperation in various fields.

This came when Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif attended the ceremony with regard to completion of fifty years of Bangladesh’s membership in the United Nations last night in New York.

The Prime Minister attended the ceremony on the invitation of Bangladesh’s Chief Adviser Dr. Muhammad Yunus.

Dr Muhammad Yunus warmly welcomed the Prime Minister and the Pakistani delegation.

There was a positive discussion regarding the expansion of bilateral relations between Pakistan and Bangladesh.

Minister for Defense Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar, Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui and Special Assistant Tariq Fatemi were also present on this occasion.
