Pakistan Committed to Effective Immunization Campaign: Mustafa

Islamabad: A delegation of the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization mission met with the Minister for Health Services Mustafa Kamal in Islamabad. Detailed discussions were held on the ongoing “HPV Vaccination Campaign against Cervical Cancer” in Pakistan.

According to Radio Pakistan, welcoming the GAVI delegation, the minister expressed gratitude for their continued partnership in strengthening the country’s immunization system. He reaffirmed the government’s commitment, along with its partners, to make immunization services more effective across the country.

Mustafa Kamal highlighted that global best practices are being adopted for the success of the vaccination campaign and a feedback mechanism has been established through the 1166 helpline and other channels.
