Lahore: Pakistan has dispatched its twenty-fourth relief consignment to Gaza, Palestine. Under Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s directive, the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) sent 100 tonnes of relief supplies through a chartered flight.
According to Radio Pakistan, the consignment was dispatched from Allama Iqbal International Airport in Lahore and is being routed to Gaza via Egypt. The relief package consists of essential food items, including flour, rice, sweet corn, chickpeas, ready-to-eat meals, cooking oil, and fruit cocktails, aimed at providing much-needed assistance to the people of Gaza.
This effort highlights Pakistan’s ongoing commitment to supporting Palestine during challenging times, ensuring that vital resources reach those in need.
