According to Radio Pakistan, Prime Minister Sharif expressed complete solidarity with the Nepali leadership and its people on behalf of the Government and people of Pakistan. He offered any possible assistance that Nepal might require during this difficult time.

In response, Balendra Shah thanked Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for his telephone call and for expressing solidarity and support in the aftermath of the natural calamity. He also expressed gratitude for Pakistan’s generous offer of assistance.
