Pakistan Hajj mission sets up toll-free call center in Makkah to assist intending pilgrims

Pakistan Hajj Mission has established a toll-free call center in Makkah to facilitate Pakistani intending pilgrims for the resolution of their complaints promptly and effectively.

Radio Pakistan correspondent Javed Iqbal reports from Makkah that the intending pilgrims can lodge complaints on five exclusive telephone lines by dialing 0567117032, 0567119580, 0567117063, 0567117063, or 0567119548.

It is pertinent to mention that a group of 10 individuals has been working in shifts of 12 hours each at the center to address intending pilgrim’s complaints.
