Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi observes black day to support Kashmiris

Islamabad, July 20, 2016 (PPI-OT):In accordance with the decision of the Government of Pakistan the Black Day was also observed at the Pakistan High Commission New Delhi in support of the struggle of the people of Jammu and Kashmir, says a Press Release received from New Delhi here today. Pakistan Diplomats of the Mission wore black arms band to express diplomatic support to Kashmiris.

Special prayers were also held at the auditorium of the Mission after Zohar prayers for martyrs of IoK. While speaking on the occasion, High Commissioner Abdul Basit underlined the importance of resolving the Jammu and Kashmir dispute in accordance with the aspirations of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. The message from Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was also read on the occasion.
