Pakistan International Container Terminal Declares 200% First Interim Cash Dividend for 2023

Karachi, In a significant development, Pakistan International Container Terminal Limited has announced its First Interim cash dividend for the year ending December 31, 2023. The Board of Directors made this declaration during its meeting on August 28, 2023, much to the delight of the company’s valued shareholders.

Transfers that are submitted in good order at the office of the company’s Share Registrar, “M/s. CDC Share Registrar Services Limited, CDC House, 99-B, Block ‘B’, SMCHS, Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi – 74400,” by the close of business hours on September 07, 2023, will be considered on time for the purpose of determining the entitlement of transferees to receive the First Interim cash dividend.
