Pakistan keen to further cement ties with Belarus: Ayaz Sadiq

Speaker National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq says Pakistan is committed to further strengthening bilateral ties with Belarus, particularly through enhanced parliamentary engagement.

During a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart, Igor Sergeyenko in Minsk, Ayaz Sadiq emphasized the need to deepen parliamentary relations between two countries.

The Speaker reiterated Pakistan’s support for Belarus at international fora including its bid to join the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

Speaking on the occasion, Igor Sergeyenko expressed his gratitude for Pakistan’s consistent support at international fora.

He welcomed visit of Pakistani parliamentary delegation as a significant milestone in strengthening ties between the two countries.
