Karachi, Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) has announced an emergent meeting of its Board of Directors, set to take place on Friday, February 9, 2024, at 14:30 hours in Karachi. The meeting aims to discuss miscellaneous agendas that require immediate attention, outside the regular schedule of financial result announcements.

In line with regulatory requirements and to ensure the integrity of the proceedings, PNSC has declared a “Closed Period” from February 6, 2024, to February 9, 2024. During this time, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from directly or indirectly dealing in the shares of the Corporation.
