Pakistan neither supplied arms to Ukraine nor does it intend to do so: FO

Pakistan has rejected the notions of any discussion on arms supply between defence ministers of Pakistan and Ukraine.

In a statement Foreign Office spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch clarified that as a matter of policy, Pakistan did not supply arms to a region in conflict.

She said that this topic was not discussed during the yesterday’s telephonic conversation between the Ministers of Defense of Pakistan and Ukraine.

She said that Islamabad has not supplied nor does it intend to supply any arms to Kiev.

The spokesperson said that Pakistan had stressed the need for a negotiated solution to the conflict in Ukraine.
