Pakistan Oxygen Limited Announces Board Meeting and Closed Period

Karachi, Pakistan Oxygen Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for May 20, 2024, at the company’s registered office in Karachi. The agenda for the meeting will focus on matters other than financial results.

Additionally, the company has declared a “Closed Period” from May 13, 2024, to May 20, 2024. During this period, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares, in compliance with clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations.
