Pakistan, Qatar Vow to Further Strengthen Fraternal Bonds

Islamabad: Pakistan and Qatar have reaffirmed their shared resolve to further strengthen time-tested fraternal bonds. This development occurred during a telephonic conversation between Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Amir of the State of Qatar, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Prime Minister appreciated Qatar’s constructive and proactive role in promoting peace, dialogue, and mediation across the region. He also acknowledged Qatar’s meaningful efforts to defuse tensions through diplomatic solutions. Prime Minister Sharif assured the Qatari leadership that Pakistan would continue to play a positive role in maintaining regional peace and stability.

During their warm and cordial conversation, the two leaders expressed satisfaction with the current trajectory of bilateral relations between the two countries. They also discussed recent developments in the Middle East and agreed to remain in close contact in the days ahead.
