Pakistan Security Forces Respond Strongly to Afghan Taliban Border Aggression

Islamabad: The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has reported that the Afghan Taliban regime’s unprovoked action along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border is being given an immediate and effective response by Pakistan’s security forces.

According to Radio Pakistan, \in a social media post on X, the Information Ministry said that Afghan Taliban miscalculated and opened fire on multiple locations across the Pakistan-Afghanistan border in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

It said that Taliban regime forces are being delivered punishment in Chitral, Khyber, Mohmand, Kurram, and Bajaur sectors. Early reports confirm heavy casualties on the Afghan side with multiple posts and equipment destroyed. Pakistan will take all necessary measures to ensure its territorial integrity and the safety and security of its citizens.
