Pakistan Stands Shoulder to Shoulder with Kashmiris: Qasim

Islamabad: Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Kashmir, Muhammad Qasim Noon, has affirmed that Pakistan stands shoulder to shoulder with its Kashmiri brothers and sisters in their struggle for the right to self-determination. Speaking at a seminar in Islamabad, Noon emphasized the importance of supporting Kashmiris in their ongoing pursuit of autonomy.

According to Radio Pakistan, Noon highlighted the issue of human rights violations in the region, stating that India is committing severe violations in illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. He urged the international community to take notice of these violations and stressed the need for a resolution to the Jammu and Kashmir dispute in line with the UN Security Council resolutions.

Noon called for a concerted effort to address the longstanding issues in the region, emphasizing the significance of adhering to international mandates to ensure peace and stability. The seminar served as a platform to reiterate Pakistan’s commitment to the cause of Kashmir and its inhabitants.
