Pakistan Telecommunication Authority participates in “Plant for Pakistan” Campaign

Islamabad, August 23, 2019 (PPI-OT):In line with Prime Minister’s Green and Clean Pakistan mission, Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) actively participated in the ‘Plant for Pakistan’ campaign. Chairman PTA, Maj Gen Amir Azeem Bajwa (R), HI (M) inaugurated the tree plantation drive by planting a sapling at PTA Headquarters, Islamabad. Senior officers including Member Finance, Muhammad Naveed and Member Compliance and Enforcement, Dr. Khawar Siddique Khokhar were also present at the event.

Speaking on the occasion, Chairman PTA emphasized the importance of ‘Clean and Green Pakistan’ campaign. He urged PTA officers and officials to own this initiative on an individual basis and plant maximum number of trees in this campaign to make it successful.
