Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited Announces Resignation and New Appointments to the Board of Directors

Karachi, Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has made important changes to its management, resulting in the resignation of a Director and the appointment of new members to the Board of Directors, effective from July 4, 2023.

Mr. Hamed Yaqoob Sheikh, a Director of PTCL, has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors. The change in management marks a transition for the company as it seeks to implement new strategies and approaches to enhance its operations and meet evolving industry demands.

Concurrently, PTCL has welcomed Mr. Imad Ullah Bosal as a new Director, who has joined the Board as a replacement for the outgoing Director. Mr. Bosal’s expertise and insights are expected to contribute to PTCL’s continued growth and success in the telecommunications sector.
