Pakistan Urges to Resume Dialogue for South Sudan People

Islamabad: Pakistan has called on all parties to resume political dialogue for the benefit of people of South Sudan. In a national statement during the UN Security Council briefing on situation in South Sudan, Deputy Permanent Representative of Pakistan to the United Nations Ambassador Usman Jadoon said the revitalized peace agreement should be fully implemented without delay.

According to Radio Pakistan, the call for dialogue highlights the pressing need for political stability in South Sudan. The statement emphasized the importance of adhering to the peace agreement to ensure sustainable development and security for the South Sudanese people, urging all involved parties to act without further postponement.
