Pakistani Army Cadet Honored as Best Foreign Cadet at Australian Military Academy

Islamabad: Pakistani Army Cadet Sardar Arsam Abbas has been named the ‘Overall Best Foreign Military Cadet’ by the Australian Royal Military College (RMC), Duntroon. The accolade was announced during the passing out parade held at the military academy in Canberra.

According to Radio Pakistan, this prestigious award is given to the highest-performing foreign military cadet, recognizing excellence in all facets of training. Cadet Abbas’s achievement underscores the professional standards, commitment, and excellence exhibited by the junior leadership of the Pakistan Army.

This recognition marks the 14th time a Pakistani Army Cadet has received the honor of being named the Overall Best Foreign Military Cadet. Among the previous recipients is Lieutenant Nasir Hussain Khalid Selhria Shaheed, who was awarded the Tamgha-e-Basalat and embraced martyrdom on September 4, 2020, in North Waziristan District. Lieutenant Nasir’s name is inscribed on the memorial stone at the RMC parade ground, symbolizing the enduring legacy of courage, sacrifice, and honor of Pakistani Army officers.
