Ottawa: At a ceremony marking Eid Milad-un-Nabi (SAWW), the Acting High Commissioner of Pakistan to Canada, Shah Faisal Kakar, emphasized the enduring relevance of Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) teachings, advocating for their integration into daily life as a tribute and a source of community enhancement.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Kakar spoke on the virtues of compassion, justice, and humility as espoused by the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), describing these qualities as foundational for personal conduct and societal interaction. The event, held in Ottawa, served as a platform for reaffirming the spiritual and ethical framework provided by the Prophet’s teachings, which Kakar suggested should guide both personal actions and community relations.

The Acting High Commissioner highlighted that by embodying these values, individuals not only honor the Prophet’s legacy but also contribute to fostering unity and understanding within and across communities.
