PIA repairs storm-hit aircrafts successfully

Karachi, June 07, 2018 (PPI-OT): Both the aircraft A320 and ATR which were damaged badly on Tuesday at Lahore due heavy rain storm have been recovered completely. Both aircraft are in operation now. The repair work was completed in record time. President and CEO Musharraf Rasool Cyan personally supervised the maintenance activity.

On the other hand PIA’s Flight Safety and Q.A is carrying out investigation of the incident. Musharraf Rasool has advised the investigation to be completed soon to determine the causes. He said further actions will be taken in the light of recommendations of inquiry team. He said flight safety is always the top priority and it will never be compromised.
