Planning Minister Launches Narowal Link Road Project

Narowal: The Planning Minister, Ahsan Iqbal, inaugurated the construction of a significant link road project today, aimed at connecting the Narowal Railway Station to Sialkot Phatak. The project, which spans 1.5 kilometers, is estimated to cost 200 million rupees and is scheduled for completion within five months. It also includes upgrades to the local sewerage system.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the new road is expected to reduce traffic congestion around the railway station and improve access for Sikh pilgrims traveling to Kartarpur. During the inauguration, Ahsan Iqbal emphasized that the project would enhance commercial activities in Narowal, contributing to the area’s economic growth.
