PM, Acting President Commend Security Forces for Operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Islamabad: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and Acting President Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani have praised the security forces for their successful intelligence-based operations against Fitna-al-Khawarij in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Their statements highlighted the bravery and sacrifice of the soldiers involved in these operations.

According to Radio Pakistan, both leaders expressed their admiration in separate statements, specifically honoring Havaldar Muhammad Zahid and Sepoy Aftab Ali Shah, who demonstrated extraordinary courage and laid down their lives during the operation. The leaders paid tribute to these soldiers and acknowledged their ultimate sacrifice for the nation’s safety and security.

The Prime Minister and Acting President also offered prayers for the martyrs, wishing them the highest ranks in the afterlife and strength for their grieving families. They reiterated the nation’s solidarity with the armed forces, emphasizing the collective resolve to combat and eradicate terrorism from the country.

In their messages, they assured that the struggle against terrorism will persist until the threat is entirely eliminated, reaffirming the commitment to maintaining peace and security in the region.
