PM convenes emergency meeting regarding economic situation of country

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has convened an emergency meeting regarding economic situation of the country.

It will be attended by the economic team and other high ranking officials.

The meeting will discuss reasons behind the recent appreciation of dollar against the rupee and consider ways to curb the trend.

The economic team will also give briefing regarding the country’s economic situation.
