Karachi, Shell Pakistan Limited has announced that its annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on 25 April 2024, starting at 10:15 AM. The transfer books of the company will also close on the same day. Similar to other firms, Shell Pakistan has not disclosed any dividend, bonus, or rights issues connected to this AGM.
