PM Presents Rs10 Million Cheque to Brave PIMS Nurse

Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif held a special meeting with PIMS nurse Razia Naureen and commended her courage and bravery in saving the life of a newborn. Razia Naureen was invited to the Prime Minister’s House in Islamabad today.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Prime Minister said the entire nation is proud of her act of bravery and her fear of God, as she risked her life to save a baby from a fire that broke out at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) in Islamabad. He emphasized that her courageous act would be remembered in history in golden words.

On the occasion, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif presented Razia Naureen with a cheque worth 10 million rupees and announced that she would be conferred the Tamgha-e-Khidmat on March 23 next year in recognition of her services.
