Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has emphasized that the development and prosperity of Balochistan, along with the welfare of its people, remain the top priority of his government. He made these remarks during a meeting with a delegation of senior politicians from Balochistan in Islamabad.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Prime Minister highlighted Balochistan’s rich natural resources and the government’s commitment to ensuring that the province’s people fully benefit from these resources. He assured the delegation that the federal government is making every possible effort to work in close coordination with the provincial government to achieve sustainable development in Balochistan.
The delegation that met with the Prime Minister included Senator Mir Dostain Khan Domki, Provincial Minister for Public Health Engineering Sardar Abdul Rehman Khetran, and Balochistan Assembly members Sardar Changez Marri and Mir Khuda Bakhsh Marri.
