Punjab CM Announces New System to Deal With Online Harassment

Punjab: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has announced a new system to deal with online harassment and digital bullying. She was addressing the twenty-first convocation of Lahore College for Women University today. The Chief Minister emphasized that there will be zero tolerance for harassment of women in the province.

According to Radio Pakistan, the new system aims to create a safer online environment for women, ensuring their protection from digital threats. The initiative is part of a broader effort by the provincial government to address and reduce cases of online harassment. The Chief Minister’s announcement reflects a commitment to safeguarding the rights and dignity of women in the digital space.
