PM Sharif Stresses Political Stability for Economic Growth at Parliamentary Banquet

Islamabad: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, during a banquet in Islamabad honoring Parliamentarians, emphasized that political stability is essential for fostering economic growth and advancing national development.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the Prime Minister highlighted the pivotal role of parliament as the supreme institution of the country, asserting that legislative efforts should align with the national and public interest. He stressed the importance of resolving national issues through parliamentary processes and maintaining the sanctity of this institution.

Sharif also noted positive economic trends, attributing them to the government’s policies which have led to stabilizing the economy, reducing inflation, and encouraging business activities through a recent policy rate cut.
