PM Visits Anzhen Hospital in Beijing, Orders Health Infrastructure Overhaul in Pakistan

Beijing: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif visited Anzhen Hospital in Beijing, where he reviewed the available facilities at the hospital. He expressed his appreciation for the hospital administration’s efficient system, modern technology, and services.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Prime Minister directed Interior Minister Mohsin Raza Naqvi and the Ministry of Health to ensure the development of a simple, robust, and sustainable infrastructure similar to Anzhen Hospital in the under-construction projects in Islamabad, particularly at Jinnah Medical Complex and other hospitals.

Shehbaz Sharif emphasized the need to prioritize the provision of quality facilities at hospitals currently under construction in Pakistan, following the model of Chinese healthcare standards. During his visit, he was briefed on the facilities available at Anzhen Hospital and was shown the modern technologies and robots that are employed for effective hospital management.
