Islamabad: A delegation of Members of the National Assembly from PML-Q, led by Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development Chaudhry Salik Hussain, called on Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in Islamabad on Wednesday. The delegation included MNAs Chaudhry Hussain Elahi, Muhammad Ilyas Chaudhry, and Ms. Farukh Khan.
According to Radio Pakistan, the delegation commended the Prime Minister and his team for presenting the Federal Budget for the fiscal year 2025-2026. They assured their full cooperation in all initiatives aimed at economic development and public welfare.
During the discussion, the delegation acknowledged the efforts of the country’s military and political leadership in advancing national progress and public welfare. They also praised the Prime Minister for his leadership during recent tensions with India and for enhancing Pakistan’s prestige on the global stage.
The meeting also included discussions on matters related to the constituencies represented by the delegation members.
