President and Prime Minister Pledge to Intensify Anti-Terrorism Efforts

Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif have commended the security forces for neutralizing seventeen terrorists affiliated with Fitna-al-Khwarij during a recent operation in the Hasaan Khail area of North Waziristan.

According to Radio Pakistan, President Zardari emphasized the government’s persistent commitment to continue military operations until terrorism is entirely eradicated. He expressed an unwavering resolve to eliminate terrorist elements and defend the nation, underscoring the importance of steadfastness in the face of these threats.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif echoed the President’s sentiments, highlighting the significance of the recent operations in North Waziristan. Over the past three days, security forces have reportedly eliminated seventy-one Khwarij, a testament to the vigilance and dedication of the law enforcement agencies. The Prime Minister reiterated his determination to persist in the war against terrorism until the menace is completely wiped out from the country.
