President Approves Appointment of Nehal Hashmi as Governor of Sindh

Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari has approved the appointment of Nehal Hashmi as Governor of Sindh and has signed the Commission of Appointment in this regard. The appointment was approved on the advice of the Prime Minister under Articles 48 and 101 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

According to Radio Pakistan, President Asif Ali Zardari congratulated and expressed his best wishes for Nehal Hashmi on his appointment. Nehal Hashmi will take oath before the Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court before assuming the office of Governor Sindh.
