President, PM Laud Navy for Rescuing Fishermen in North Arabian Sea

Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Mohammad Shehbaz Sharif have commended Pakistan Navy for safely rescuing fishermen stranded in the North Arabian Sea. In their separate messages today, they said the timely rescue of Pakistani and Iranian nationals reflects Pakistan Navy’s high professional standards and strong commitment to humanitarian values.

According to Radio Pakistan, they said safeguarding human lives at sea demonstrates Pakistan Navy’s strong commitment to its national and international responsibilities. They praised the officers and personnel involved in the rescue operation, calling it a clear proof of the armed forces’ humanitarian spirit and professional training.
