Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif have paid rich tribute to the Father of the Nation, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, for his unparalleled leadership and selfless struggle that led to the creation of Pakistan.
According to Radio Pakistan, in their separate messages on the death anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, both leaders urged Pakistanis to draw inspiration from his vision of justice, equality, tolerance, and democracy.
The President highlighted that Quaid-e-Azam not only created a homeland for the Muslims of the subcontinent but also bestowed upon them dignity, identity, and self-respect.
Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif expressed that the entire nation salutes Quaid-e-Azam’s political vision and statesmanship, which facilitated the establishment of an independent homeland for the Muslims of the subcontinent, despite immense challenges.
