President, PM Reaffirm Commitment to Quality Education for All

Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif have reaffirmed the government’s commitment to ensuring equal, inclusive, and quality education for all.

According to Radio Pakistan, in their separate messages on International Literacy Day, both leaders urged educational institutions and civil society to collaborate in improving literacy rates and establishing a quality education system. President Zardari emphasized that foundational literacy should be complemented by critical thinking, digital competencies, and practical skills, enabling participation in a knowledge-driven global economy.

In his message, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif highlighted that the federal government is actively collaborating with provincial governments and relevant stakeholders to formulate a comprehensive strategy aimed at increasing the literacy rate across the country.
