According to Radio Pakistan, President Asif Ali Zardari, in his message on the occasion of World Scout Day, asked the scouts to help create a greener, more inclusive and progressive Pakistan by leading tree-planting campaigns, literacy programs, and social welfare initiatives. He emphasized that the ability to learn and lead will shape young Scouts into strong individuals and responsible citizens committed to national progress and development.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, in his message, noted the invaluable role of trained Scouts, both in times of peace and crisis. He highlighted the importance of implementing dynamic and engaging programs that challenge young minds, foster initiative, and strengthen character. Initiatives like Messengers of Peace, he said, offer Scouts a powerful platform to promote unity, harmony, and meaningful social impact, encouraging them to become global citizens who contribute positively to society.
