Promotion of small industrial units besides technical education is a top priority of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government: Minster

Peshawar, June 27, 2013 (PPI-OT): The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Industries, Commerce and Technical Education, Bakht Bedar has said that promotion of small industrial units besides technical education in the province was a top priority of provincial government adding that the concerned authorities should fulfil their responsibilities with honesty and dedication so as to further develop this sector to serve the masses and give employment opportunities to the youth.

He was speaking at a briefing arranged regarding the concerned sector at Peshawar on Wednesday. Chairman SDA, Director General Technical Education, Managing Director SIDB and other high-ups of industries departments were also present at the occasion. During the meeting; Secretary Industries gave a detailed briefing regarding the administrative structure, performance and future vision.

Later, heads of the subordinate departments of Technical Education, Small Industries Development Board, Printing Press and Industries also briefed the provincial minister about their respective organizations in detail.
