In accordance with the PSX regulations, specifically clause 5.6.1(d), Prosperity Weaving Mills has declared a “Closed Period” from February 7, 2024, to February 14, 2024. During this time, the company’s Directors, CEO, and Executives are prohibited from directly or indirectly dealing in the company’s shares.
