Provincial Minister Stresses Importance of Agriculture and Livestock Development in Northeastern Balochistan

Quetta: Sardar Abdul Rahman Khatiran, the Provincial Minister for Public Health Engineering, highlighted the significance of focusing on the agriculture and livestock sectors in Barkhan and Musa Khel to spur economic growth, enhance food security, and alleviate poverty. The minister addressed these issues during meetings with other provincial ministers and various delegations at his office.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Minister Khatiran also discussed the employment challenges faced by the region, noting the limited job opportunities available. He encouraged the youth to pursue higher education and benefit from scholarships provided by the Chief Minister of Balochistan. This educational advancement, he emphasized, would equip them to better serve the people of the Mazeer area.

Minister Khatiran’s remarks reflect ongoing efforts by the provincial government to address economic and social issues in northeastern Balochistan, aiming to improve living conditions and economic prospects for its residents.
