Islamabad: Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) is working to ensure uninterrupted mobile phone services across the country. The authority is taking significant steps to maintain seamless communication for users, emphasizing the importance of updated identification records.

According to Radio Pakistan, the PTA has advised mobile phone users to keep their National Identity Cards updated to prevent any disruption in services. It highlighted the risk of having services blocked if SIMs are registered under someone else’s name or if identity cards have expired.

The PTA has urged individuals to renew their expired national identity cards promptly, ensuring they can enjoy uninterrupted mobile services and avoid any potential inconvenience.
