Publication of AGM Ballot Papers Rescheduled for September 19

Karachi: In a recent update, the management has announced a rescheduling of the publication date for the ballot papers intended for voting at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company, now set for September 26, 2024. The new publication date is set for September 19, 2024, following a delay caused by a public holiday.

Originally slated for distribution through key newspapers on September 17, 2024, the management had to defer the publication due to the closure of newspaper offices on account of a public holiday. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the ballot papers will now be available in the ‘Business Recorder’ in English and ‘Roznama Dunya’ in Urdu.

This decision was relayed to TRE Certificate Holders through a formal notice ensuring they are informed of the change and can prepare for participation in the AGM. The ballot paper is crucial for shareholder votes on various corporate matters, including resolutions related to company transactions and future directions.

The company has taken steps to ensure all stakeholders are adequately informed and can access the necessary materials to exercise their voting rights effectively.
