Punjab Assembly session underway to elect new CM

The Punjab Assembly session is underway in Lahore to elect new Chief Minister.

Speaker Provincial Assembly, Malik Ahmed Khan is presiding over the session.

PML-N has nominated Maryam Nawaz while Sunni Ittehad Council nominated Rana Aftab Ahmad Khan for the position.
