Punjab CM approves reconstitution of District Peace Committees

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has approved reconstitution of District Peace Committees across the province.

In line with this decision, Punjab Home Department has issued a directive to Deputy Commissioners of all districts to proceed with the notification of newly formed Peace Committees.

The letter from the Home Department emphasizes the inclusion of representatives from all sects in the reconstitution process, ensuring broad-based participation.
