Punjab CM Directs to Ensure Transparency in Tax Revenue Collection

Lahore: Punjab Government has decided to set up a Special Unit in the Punjab Revenue Authority to increase revenue generation.

According to Radio Pakistan, the decision was made during a meeting in Lahore, chaired by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz. The meeting concluded that the Special Unit will comprise a factorial and tax analyst, a legal expert, and a data analyst.

During the meeting, the Chief Minister emphasized the need to ensure transparency in the collection of tax revenue.
