Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz Sharif to Represent Province at COP30 Conference in Brazil

Islamabad: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif will attend the twelve-day COP30 Conference on Environment in Brazil beginning from tomorrow. She will highlight Punjab’s environmental reforms, including measures to eliminate smog, improve air quality, and make all sectors eco-friendly.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Chief Minister will also outline Punjab’s electric vehicle-based transport transition, the plan to introduce electric buses in forty-two cities, and the Clean and Green Punjab initiatives.
