Punjab Public Service Commission Opens Tender for General Stationery Supply

Lahore: The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has initiated a tender process for the supply of general stationery items, as detailed in its latest tender notice No.03/2024-25. The required items, including paper rolls, master rolls, and Master Stic, are to be supplied to their headquarters at LDA Plaza, Egerton Road. The procurement is conducted under strict guidelines to ensure a transparent and efficient process.

According to Public Service Commission Punjab, the estimated cost for the stationery items reaches Rs.5,000,000, with the commission ensuring a competitive bidding environment by setting a 2% bid security requirement. The procurement method chosen is the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure, which aligns with the Punjab Procurement Rules of 2014, aimed at simplifying and expediting the bid process.

The closing date for bid submissions is set for September 29, 2024, with the bidding documents available immediately for interested parties via the PPSC’s official e-procurement portal. The initiative not only seeks to address the PPSC’s operational needs but also to adhere to governmental procurement standards for transparency and efficiency.
